Coming to you from the Kecks bunker

April seems to be a popular time for birthdays, maybe because it's 9 months after June/July holidays, and so we have been faced with the challenge of buying presents from Pick n Pay's limited gift range. We are now offering Kecks gift vouchers to help solve this problem.

At the same time, we have been making good use of some fabric off-cuts by paying local craftspeople to make masks to distribute. 

Midnight today marks what would have been the end of the lockdown, now extended to the end of April. If you're like us, you're probably going crazy running laps of the garden, but the reassuring thing is that we are protecting ourselves and each other by staying at home.

Kecks Face masksWe are all trying to make a difference right now, and we decided to use some of our fabric in a good cause. It's the stretchy, comfy stuff that we make our underwear from, and we realised that it is perfect for making face masks. Along with some of our kind customers, we have paid a local guy in Hout Bay to make them, and he is giving them away in the local community.These are not available for sale, unfortunately!

Lockdown Orders

While we are not able to get to markets, and all our retailers are closed, we are still selling Kecks online. Obviously we can't deliver until the lockdown lifts, but we are piling up the orders ready to go as soon as we can.
