This young man is Kola Cohen. He is taking part in Paddle Freedom, paddling on a board from Cape Town to Robben Island. Kola is raising money for the love in a bowl community, who provide fresh vegetables for the most vulnerable in Hout Bay. If you'd like to support him, you can do it at Back a Buddy.
