SADAGOn a more serious note than usual, you will have seen a lot about mental health and sportspeople lately, and it's not just sport - this pandemic has put strain on everyone. From Simone Biles to Naomi Osaka to Ben Stokes, athletes are only the most visible of those struggling.To raise money to help those working through depression and anxiety, Henry Cock is running a half marathon every day for 133 days. That's 19 weeks, every day, 2800km in total, and will be a world record.We ran with him this week, and made a donation to the charity he is supporting - SA Depression & Anxiety Group (SADAG). He has got to 100 days so far, and raised over R800,000. If you would like to donate, then please go to www.runhenryrun.co.za 

The day pictured above was a lighthouse special with the Trotter & Potters running group. We gave Henry a pair of Lighthouse Kecks, and made a donation for each pair the guys bought. The pic below is Henry "modelling" his pair...
